Southern Eleven offers a ‘new style’ American BBQ experience. Maintaining authenticity at its heart, traditional, home-style favourites from the eleven southern states are reinvented with a contemporary twist, brought to the table with the use of genuine cooking techniques. Oklahoman wood smokers slow cook and infuse the freshest, locally sourced ingredients with a succulent, hickory flavour, while an intimate and stylish dining scene provides the perfect backdrop for sampling our menu.
